I was so young then and it has a warm yet fresh aroma to the soup that makes a great start for the weekend. It is quick and simple to make too!<\/p>\n<p>I first made it for KY and he was like, &#8220;Mint Leaves? Are you sure?&#8221; But now, he is the one that buys the ingredients for me to prepare it.<\/p>\n<p>Oh. and <strong>do remember to season it with fish sauce\/soy sauce or some anchovies powder.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Try it and let me know how it turns out!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I love this soup ever since my father cooked it for my weekend breakfast.
